returns & refunds
each piece is made by hand and may vary slightly in size, color, and texture — that's part of what makes it yours. we hope you love what you receive, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
returns we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. items must be unused and in their original condition. to initiate a return, please contact us at dwellbyd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
damaged items if your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us right away. we'll work with you to replace the piece or issue a refund — no need to return a damaged item.
exchanges we don't offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order.
