thank you for supporting handmade work. each piece at dwell is wheel-thrown and made to order, so please allow a little extra time — it's worth the wait.

processing & lead time all orders are processed within 3–5 business days. during busy seasons or after a new collection drop, lead times may extend to 7–10 business days. you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

domestic shipping (us)

• weight-based rates apply at checkout: $4.90 for packages up to 5 lbs, and $19.90 for packages between 5–70 lbs
• standard rates of $6.90–$9.90 are available depending on your location and order weight
• estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

packaging every piece is wrapped with care. ceramics are individually cushioned with protective materials and double-boxed when needed to ensure they arrive safely. despite our best efforts, if a piece arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery and reach out — we'll make it right.
